What is physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy at Mountain Fit starts with a detailed assessment of how you move, where the pain comes from and what is holding your recovery back. Pain in one area is often driven by weakness or stiffness somewhere else, so we examine the whole chain instead of chasing symptoms.
Your plan combines hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise, posture and movement correction and, where useful, modalities such as IASTM, dry needling or cupping. Every session has a clear goal, so you need fewer visits to feel real change.

Physiotherapy FAQs
How many physiotherapy sessions will I need?
It depends on your condition and how long you have had it. Many acute problems improve noticeably within 3 to 6 sessions. After your first assessment Dr. M Mahammad Ilias will give you a realistic estimate.
Do I need a doctor's referral for physiotherapy?
No. You can book directly with us. If you have scans, X-rays or prescriptions, please bring them to your first visit.
What should I wear to my session?
Comfortable, loose clothing that lets us see and move the painful area, for example shorts for knee problems or a sleeveless top for shoulder problems.
