Online booking requests are confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp. A requested time is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.

By booking you agree to abide by office safety rules and regulations, follow the instructions of the treating physiotherapist, and inform us of any medical conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent surgery or injuries before treatment.

Physiotherapy outcomes vary from person to person. We will always explain your assessment findings, the proposed treatment and a realistic timeline, and you may ask questions or decline any treatment at any time.

This website and our booking system are not for emergencies. If you have severe or worsening symptoms, please contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital.
